How business operates IDs

TAWLCase worker search by household ref# to locate a family;
or search by Applicant ID to locate a member;
YardiCase worker search by p-code to locate a family, then locate a family member;
can't locate a family member directly.

Questions:

1) Are the case workers who view Yardi and Salesforce same people?

2) If RGI's client files kept TAWL's any IDs on Paper? or RGI's client calls case worker, he/she provides household id or just name? and how about duplicate name?

--1/3 For old client's P-code not shown in Salesforce, possible ways:

1replace household id (tawl) with p-code (Yardi), so in CRM will display p-code as household idpotential issue: once we still have some misunderstanding, we'll lost all household ids.
2add a new column for p-code, we can upload both household id (from tawl) and p-code (yardi) to CRM.

issue:  Pedro has to update CRM to the new column, I need update the uploading application, and Claudio need update the database table.

On the business end – my concern is for existing clients in the CRM with a CANCELLED/DELETE RGI status – they would not be coming over via YARDI data sync, does that mean we would lose their household IDs, even though we don't have their p-code to replace it with?

--If Yardi imported all TAWL's data, even includes "Cancel" records in TAWL.

--If no, there are no p-code for the records;

--If yes, we can let Yardi give us all records, but it's useful for us?

--3/3 Records Merging:

-- If a member raised from a family, the member will get a new family id - p-code and member id, the old member id will be marked as "Cancel".

then next day, datasync application will found 1 record is new, the other record is missed from Yardi, then the missed record will be marked as "DELETE". So there are 2 same person's records uploaded into Salesforce.
