  • TCS Database Upgrading:

TCS Database is upgrading from 12 to 19, here is the detail version:

 Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production => Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production

QA environment is upgraded and integrating tested with HSI by Jenkins schedule jobs.
Pending on Production change.

Related issues includes:

records found in sams but not in salesforce

some records are not synced from sams to TESS
or Salesforce rejected the records.
records content are not same which in samssimilar like above
client moved out of Toronto, but status are not sync into salesforceit seems current rule only sync Clients in Toronto can be synced
  • log4j issue (fixed) - mitigated by Webmaster in all envs (prod/non-prod).
