Meta-Data of Business Rules

Custom meta data has been created for HSI to manage, and update business rules applied to CRM workflows and processes without developer intervention.

 

The following information is currently in PROD:

  • EmailQueue Daily Limit: 825

    • Custom Field “AllowedAmountofEmailSentPerPay”

  • FP financial eligibility calculation

  • FP Income Type and values

  • OW Rate

  • HSI Program Configuration

o   Can be expanded to additional programs

Currently only Fair Pass

  • Includes all FP email templates by flow

  • Age limit

  • TaxRate = % of LIM

  • Base = 1F amount

HSI Project Setting

o  Manage HSI Project Settings > Edit

o  OrgSenderEmail = ‘From’ email origin

Receiver Email = Who receives email when errors are triggered
