- Flow of Yardi data:
- There are 4 steps sync data from Yardi to Salesforce, here is the daily schedule:

2 | unknown | Script copy the file to SSHA IT share path; |
3 | 7:00 am | SSHA IT imports the Yardi file to SSHA database (MS SQL); |
4 | 8:25 am | HSI Datasync application retrieves the delta records from SSHA database and uploads to Salesforce. |

- Issue fix steps:
if no RGI/Yardi email notice at 8:25 am, wait for while to check RGI logs, if error/exception found, contact Sumathi;
If Sumathi found the issue, please re-run it (Step 1-3) and send email alert notice to related persons;
Re-run schedule job is set 14:25, need monitor the email notice. - There is a ticket to track the issue: Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.

Same issue happened, did manual transfer;Waiting for next day's uploading. 2021-07-12 Yardi setup an email notice for transfer status 2021-07-15 at 8:30 am, found no email notice for Yardi uploading CoT Confirmed Sumathi/Eric,, Yardi transferred successfully. Eric followed up with Stephen Lew, found file transferring was pending, reset the password, did manual transferring. Waiting for next day's uploading. 2021-08-13 Sumathi noticed that transfer failed of Yardi file Yardi Manual transferred file. Requested a manual uploading in the afternoon 2021-08-20 at 8:30 am, found no email notice for Yardi uploading Yardi Follow up with Sumathi/Eric (Sumathi is off today)
Eric confirmed there was an error in Yardi transferring file.
