Purpose of this criterion

To ensure that there is no alternative text is present in an annotation nested under a parent element since screen readers do not read them

How to fix

Go to View > Show/Hide > Navigation Panes > Tags.
Right-click a nested element in the Tags panel and choose Properties from the context menu.
Remove the alternate text from the "Object Properties" dialog box > OK
