Purpose of this criterion

To ensure that all the form fields are tagged, so that assistive technologies like screen readers will be able to announce what the input fields are associated with.

How to Fix

  • Option #1: Tools > Accessibility > Autotag Form Fields
  • Option #2: Tools > Prepare Form > Edit mode > Right click on the Form Field that is to be edited > Properties > General > Enter the name of your field in the "Name" field
