Job functions, and access details:
1. Business admin (whether in STR or Noise) can do everything the manager can plus update the bylaw table
2. Support assistant/data analyst – can read and update everything except the Health and Safety flags or update the bylaw table
3. Officer – can read and update everything except Health and Safety flags or update bylaw table, can only assign investigation one time
4. Manager/Supervisor – update everything but update bylaw table, can reassign investigation as many times as needed.
5. Director/Executive Director – update everything as needed except update bylaw table
