All trainings where audience are 'All City staff' has to be completed within a month.

Microsoft Office 365 Access issue

Unable to sign in to any Office apps. Unable to edit any documents in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and unable to respond to emails or schedule meetings in Outlook Desktop App.

G Drive Access

Request access to folder: \\VS-ITDDATA\ITDDATA\ITD\ITD\Application & Professional Services\

G drive access requests must be submitted via IT Self-Serve (ITSS).

Go to Technology Self-Serve (TSS) (https://itservicemanagement.toronto.ca/ess.do) and under search, input "directory" in the for field. You will be given the option "Directory Access (G: drive only)".

Please read the description area on the top of the page as it explains how to fill out the request.

ELI access

To complete the mandatory training, ELI access is required.
