•SWMS application enabled the Customer Services Waste Diversion Implementation (CSWDI) team to manage customer interactions for their Multi-Residential Account Management initiative.
•It also helped onboarding users for the Circular Economy & Innovation, Solid Waste Policy & Planning and Customer Service Waste Diversion Implementation (CSWDI) teams of Solid Waste Management Services.
