MAXIMO ENVIRONMENTS

  1. Development (DEV): This environment will be restricted to users who will be performing development and configuration tasks. This environment should be on a regular backup schedule to be able to recover from any changes.

  2. System Integration Testing (SIT): This environment supports the integration of other systems. It will be used to test the migration of Packets; to perform functional testing of the development contained in those Packets and the integration to other systems.

  3. Test/Pre-Production (QA): This environment will be used to test the functionality of the developments contained within the ‘Packets.’

  4. Training (TRN): Used for training.

  5. Production (PROD): Production environment.
