Priority Definition
Here are the definitions for the Jira ticket priorities.
Blocker: When any solution component causes total system failure
Critical: When one or more of the solution’s critical functionalities is not functioning correctly
High: When one or more of the solution’s non-critical functionalities is not functioning correctly and has little effect on the more considerable business continuity.
Medium: The normal value of an issue that affect the work
Low: Usually have limited or no affect on the work
Minor: Usually used for "How to" question or request for information which have no effect on work
