Priority Definition

Here are the definitions for the Jira ticket priorities.

  • Blocker: When any solution component causes total system failure

  • Critical: When one or more of the solution’s critical functionalities is not functioning correctly

  • High: When one or more of the solution’s non-critical functionalities is not functioning correctly and has little effect on the more considerable business continuity.

  • Medium: The normal value of an issue that affect the work

  • Low: Usually have limited or no affect on the work

  • Minor: Usually used for "How to" question or request for information which have no effect on work
