STR – Update Integration JSON Error Status To Reviewed

Caution:  This procedure can only be performed during a deployment or scheduled maintenance when public facing Short Term Rental Maintenance pages are up.

Please not that this task should not be necessary once all of the integration issues associated with P2 and P1 are resolved.

Steps Taken

Step 1.  Disable Trigger

  1. Setup/Custom Metadata Types/MP Trigger Control/Manage Records

  2. Edit 'Disable Integration Creation'

  3. Check 'Disable' check box

  4. Save

 

Step 2. Run Report

  1. Reports Tab

  2. Search for Integration JSON Error Report

  3. Change Status from 'Error' to 'Reviewed'

  4. Save

  5. Complete for all records in report

 

Step 3. Enable Trigger

  1. Setup/Custom Metadata Types/MP Trigger Control/Manage Records

  2. Edit 'Disable Integration Creation'

  3. Uncheck 'Disable' check box

  4. Save

 

Step 4. Finish

  1. Continue with remainder of deployment if necessary

  2. Or

  3. Request that public facing maintenance page is removed.
