SALESFORCE (eCRM)PROD INCIDENT NOTIFICATION – UPDATE

Incident Impact Type: Performance Degradation
Please be advised of a Salesforce service performance degradation impacting applications in 311 eCRM ( 311 Toronto Water, Solid Waste Management System, MLS Noise Enforcement, MLS Short Term Rentals applications). Users can access the Salesforce service, but some functionality can become unavailable or running at less than optimal performance. General and intermittent slow performance, timeouts, and connectivity issues are reported by users.

Salesforce is currently investigating the issue and has provided an ETA of 2 hours for resolution. We will continue to monitor the situation, and provide an update as soon as additional information becomes available.
