SALESFORCE (eCRM) PROD INCIDENT NOTIFICATION

Incident Impact Type: Performance Degradation
There’s a Salesforce service performance degradation in ECRM Salesforce PRODUCTION. Users can access the Salesforce service, but some functionality can be unavailable or running at less than optimal performance. General and intermittent slow performance, timeouts, and connectivity issues are possible. Salesforce is investigating the issue.  

This issue impacts 311 ECRM and following applications: 311 Toronto Water, MLS Noise Enforcement, MLS Short Term Rentals, Solid Waste Management System.
