•Salesforce contract is an Enterprise Contract. TSD ( Technology Services Delivery) owns and manages the contract.
•MSA established is for 5 years until July 31st 2023, with the option for extensions. Salesforce contract is now included in the 5 year maintenance report approved by Council early in the year as part of GGLC 16.5.
•TS CMO creates CRO for the different divisions who are on-boarded on Salesforce and is a proportionate chargeback amount based on their license entitlement. The divisions have to ensure that they have the funding in place for the chargeback amount. The renewal cycle is 1st Jan to 31st Dec.

2.311 Phase 1 org - 182 Salesforce licenses
3.311 Phase 2 org – 286 Salesforce licenses + 630 Knowledge User Licenses
Cost:
A Salesforce Enterprise Edition license is $93.98 / month. Factoring in the associated charges for Premier Success, Shield, and Full Sandbox, each EE license is $157.89 per month.
