Hi all, 

Found no RGI/Yardi records @8:30 am this morning;

  • Which legacy system transfer  -- Yardi/RGI;
  • What part of the process failed – Yardi data syncing to Salesforce;
  • What does it mean for Production – Delayed/miss updating data of Jan 14, 2022
  • Root cause: unknown;
  • Follow up : 1) Confirmed - Yardi sent notice –completely – (Sumathi); 2) Confirming data file importing to Database of SSHA (Claudio/Atul)
  • Next Step : waiting for response of 2);
  • Issue Status : waiting for updating.
