P2 sandbox Pre and Post Refresh Steps

The procedures are for sandboxes of P2 Org where 311 ECRM application reside.

P2 sandbox refresh steps

  1. Check for impact on refreshing the P2 sandbox

  2. Send notification to stakeholders prior to the refresh

  3. Update the Custom Label "Integration_Middleware_Base_URL" to relevant AWS middleware URL

  4. Update the named credentials record "Integration_Salesforce_Phase_One" to relevant P1 URL

  5. Once sandbox refresh is scheduled, follow steps as listed in below link for P2 Refdata promotion post refresh. Reference Data Migration (Insert/Update)

  6. Test and validate

  7. Send notification to stakeholders after the refresh
