• A - page title, title case

• B - “In This Section” navigation

Right Column

The right column is comprised of the “In This Section” navigation, “Contact Information,” including social media links, and up to eight “Related Information” links. No other components should appear in the right column. On mobile, the right column appears at the bottom of the page.

Contact Information

Only include contact information that is relevant to the public.

• Name, Position Title

• Division, Section/Unit

• Address (100 Queen St. W.)

• Hours of Operation (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

• Telephone: 416-XXX-XXXX

Social Media

• Social media links will appear in the right column under Contact Information.

• Only include links to official City of Toronto social media accounts.

Related Information

Related links can be used to cross-link to other related sections on the site, PDFs or external websites that are significant, reputable and offer related information to the page content.

• Up to a maximum of eight links

• Not to be used as navigation:

  • Do not link to other child pages that are already listed in "In This Section".

  • Do not link back to the parent page.

• Contrib links should be used when linking to internal site pages.

• Internal links must open in the same window.

• External links and PDFs must open in a new window.

• Cannot be used to link to news articles or news outlets.
