Background Colour
The default page background colour is white. Do not use colour or photos as background.
The default text background colour is white. If developers want to create new design patterns with a coloured background, they need approval from Digital Communications.
Reserved Colours
Primary blue and gold colours are reserved. Do not use these colours other than where already indicated. Digital Communications will define when/where to use.
