    • Use headings and create a table of content in your authoring application (For example, Microsoft Word)
    • When exporting to PDF, choose "Options" in the "Save Adobe PDF File As" dialog box and select the following options:
      • Enable Accessibility and Reflow with Tagged Adobe PDF

      • Convert Word Headings into Bookmark

  • Option #2:
    • View > Show/Hide > Navigation Panes > Bookmark
    • Bookmarks Pane > Options icon (located at the top left corner of the docked pane) > New bookmarks from Structure > Select your Structure tag from the "Structure" dialog box
