Criteria
Can be used to highlight a quotation from a person or from a reliable source of information. For example, a quotation from the mayor, Municipal Code excerpts or Statistics Canada data.
Must not include hyperlinks, bold, bullets, italics or headings.
Must not be used as a section heading.
