- Option #1:
- Use headings and create a table of content in your authoring application (For example, Microsoft Word)
- When exporting to PDF, remember to choose "Options" in the "Save Adobe PDF File As" dialog box and select the following options:

Convert Word Headings into Bookmark
- Option #2:
- View > Show/Hide > Navigation Panes > Bookmark
- Bookmarks Pane > Options icon (located at the top left corner of the docked pane) > New bookmarks from structure > Select your structure tag from the dialog box
