Dynamic Decision Tree

The dynamic decision tree is a tool to allow users of the website to make a guided decision to an answer, by answering 2-4 questions. It is used when there may be a lot of possible scenarios and users need help in narrowing down the information by presenting one decision at a time.
The decision tree does not collect any information about the individual user.

Decision Pages: uses radio buttons to present options for the user. Radio button options should be short and distinct, and not include any HTML, including links. Each response may require a brief explanation as per the pattern for using help text with radio buttons. Descriptions should be limited to 1-2 sentences and may contain a link for more detail, but no other HTML elements. Users can move back and forth to see the outcome of different decisions. A decision tree path has a maximum of 4 questions per path to get to an answer. |

Outcome: the final page summarizes the outcome of the decision tree, and provides next steps to the user. The user can start again to see a different response. |
