Maintain, Manage, Support and Lead EWMS Maximo application services within City of Toronto.
Oversee and support divisional business processes by reviewing and eliminating bottlenecks.
Ensure all City business processes and procedures are followed to resolve system issues or queries.
Build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer services for divisions.
Troubleshoot all listed issues in a user-friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis.
Manage and resolve technical roadblocks or escalations as per SLA and quality requirements.
Report issues to Tier 3 and IBM support for unresolved issues.
Organize ideas and effectively communicate messages to divisional leaderships.
Follow up and make scheduled meetings with divisional users or their governance bodies for smooth sailing of EWMS Maximo service in the City.
Develop and conduct trainings on Maximo, its new functionalities and way forward for the future.
Participate in budgeting activities required for EWMS Maximo application.
Lead EWMS Maximo team in improving their performance by providing technical and functional leadership and best practices.
Review EWMS Sustainment team performance and share progress with leadership.
Hire, retain, engage, and motivate all EWMS sustainment team members.
Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
Establish connections with other municipalities and interact with them on common challenges to seek issues resolutions.
Maintain good rapport with all internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure that config development and execution procedures are followed in accordance with City standards.
Provide guidance to project teams on Maximo standards, the best way of delivery, and the execution of activities.
Make sure documentation is created and updated outlining all of the business processes and specifications.
Provide technical leadership for the design and implementation.
Suggest Maximo Technical & Functional guidance on issues/problems and share perspectives of how other organizations are reacting to similar problems.
Address all infrastructure needs for the project
Coordinate with the Project Manager on any ongoing or pending activities to follow up.
Lead, manage and execute Data Migration activities if there are any
Lead, manage and execute Configuration Migration from one Maximo instance to another
Refresh Maximo instances as part of project needs
Prepare Maximo environments as part of project needs
Coordinate with Division and EMA project managers on Maximo Sustainment releases/changes going into Maximo steam
Coordinate with Divisions and EMA project managers on other divisional project executions into Maximo steam
Anticipate and discuss possible issues which may surface due to other divisional project needs.
Work with the BAS2 Sustainment team to ensure coordination of activities is tracked within Jira across all active projects and operational activities.
Ensure that the solution fits the existing framework from a maintenance and sustainment perspective.
