Our KPI definition

A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a quantifiable measure of performance over time for specific data points, with a focus on long-term performance measurements to ensure one or more final objectives are achieved.

Group Objectives

Identify and define the KPIs for monitoring and evaluating accomplishment of the objectives and goals for the implementation, current usage, and future expansions of TGRIP, at enterprise, divisional, and team levels
Harmonize indicators and ensure consistency across programs whenever possible
Collate historical KPI data that can be utilized to inform a pre-TGRIP baseline
Maintain a strategic perspective with the option to recommend new KPIs as needed
