Prioritization

  • David raised that Festivals & Events calendar needs to start on Build soon, so it is important that designs for components are ready soon. The standards for the designs can come afterwards, if necessary.

Filters

  • Additional considerations that were raised

    • Design for the collapsed filter when there are filters applied - design to be based on current quickmaps for clearing filters

    • Currently QuickMaps uses Icons with checkboxes to create a “button” style effect. Our recommendation will be to use only checkboxes and develop a separate legend for map icons.

  • Uni will bring designs to next meeting for review

Spotlight

  • Agreed that Spotlight is a different component to Photo Gallery

  • Currently Spotlight will be for Festivals & Events calendar only

  • Spotlight will allow for 2 - 5 items (To be Confirmed with EDC)

  • Spotlight to change to a scroll on Mobile

  • Design to be based off of

  • Photo, Title, Short Text (Date)

  • Sara to update Confluence
  • Uni to provide designs

Calendar

  • All to bring options for next meeting

Featured

  • Looked at options

  • Move “Featured” to top left above title of the event, in small black font

  • Consider different icon

Photo Gallery

  • Agreed that Spotlight and Photo Gallery are different

  • Photo Gallery - user clicks on thumbnail to enlarge it and can scroll though enlarged photos.

  • Not required for Festivals & Events but will continue to work on separately.
