Hello all,
We hope you are all well & enjoying the warm fall weather! Here at the Human Services Integration (HSI) project we have been thinking a lot about how to spread the word on the work we’ve been doing and some key HSI project principles.
Communication is key to any successful project, and we’ve created the attached “Managers' Toolkit” to help staff at all levels better understand the HSI project.
This fall we began meeting with all managers and supervisors from across the three Divisions participating in HSI – TESS, SSHA, and TCS – to talk about the HSI project and where we're going. Now that we've started our in person conversations, we'd like you all to begin utilizing this toolkit to spark your own discussions with staff. We'd like you to utilize the contents in this toolkit with your staff at least twice and report back on its usefulness.
Please feel free to distribute and utilize it as best suits your team/work environment. There are 6 handy products contained in this toolkit that will help to educate a wider audience on what the HSI project is, and what we’ve been up to. We’ve created easy-to-read and creative tools that can be printed and posted in and around the workplace so that staff at all levels always have access to information on the HSI project.
Please complete the very brief Fluid Survey after utilizing the toolkit, to provide us with valuable feedback on what worked, and what didn't. All comments and feedback are helpful, and we thank you in advance for taking the time to share your thoughts with us!
