Campaign graphics are generally not used as page banners unless approved by the SPEC Digital Team.
City-approved campaign graphics can be used as non-banner, inline images on a page.

Image Alignment
For a standalone image in body content area on its own line that does not have any wrapped text, the image alignment should be left.
Images that are less can 500px width can have text wrapped on either the left or the right side.
